William de Missenden
Chief Executive Officer
William founded De Missenden with the vision of continuing the family’s legacy as unique and trustworthy capital partners while developing and integrating best practices from the emerging private equity community to add greater value to future partnerships. As CEO, William has led our team in deploying nearly $1 billion in capital across multiple industries.
Guy de Missenden
Managing Director
Guy is responsible for all aspects of deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution of new investments as well as partnering with portfolio company management to execute strategic and operational initiatives. Before joining us, Guy was an investment banking analyst for five years where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions across multiple industry verticals.
Jennifer Nuttall
Vice President
Jennifer supports the business development efforts and is actively involved in sourcing and originating new transactions.Prior to joining us, she spent four and a half years in the private equity industry, at an energy focused capital provider. She assist us in the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, and monitored portfolio companies.
Genevieve de Missenden
Vice President
Genevieve assists the team’s investment efforts by conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and industry research to evaluate new investment opportunities and manage existing portfolio companies. She has previously worked on various M&A and financing transactions across the technology and finance sectors with a particular emphasis on startups.
